Legal Services
Three Services, One Steady Approach
Whether you are at the beginning of a pension matter or already dealing with formal proceedings, there is a service designed for your position. Each is clearly scoped and flat-fee.
← Back to HomeOur Methodology
Each service follows the same underlying approach: listen carefully, prepare thoroughly, communicate clearly, and keep the client in control of decisions.
Listen
We begin by understanding the full picture — history, documentation, and what the client hopes to achieve.
Review
Documentation and relevant legal provisions are reviewed carefully to establish the factual and legal basis for any action.
Prepare
Submissions, objections, or representations are drafted with care and reviewed internally before being shared with or filed for the client.
Follow Through
We track progress, respond to queries from relevant authorities, and keep the client updated at every meaningful development.
Service 01
Initial Pension Assessment
A measured first meeting to understand your situation and explain, in clear terms, what your pension entitlements involve. We take time to answer questions and outline your options without pressing you toward any choice. A calm starting point for understanding your position.
- One-to-one consultation with a qualified legal adviser
- Plain-language explanation of your entitlement position
- Outline of available options with no obligation to proceed
- Document checklist shared in advance to prepare you
How it works
Contact us to arrange a time. We share a brief checklist of documents to bring.
We meet — in person at our Bangkok office or by arrangement — to go through your situation carefully.
You leave with a clear understanding of where you stand and what the options are. No decision required.
Service 02
Formal Submission Support
Help with preparing and lodging formal pension submissions or objections, with careful attention to detail and clear updates throughout. We manage the paperwork so you can feel more at ease. Suited to matters that have moved beyond an initial review.
- Document gathering, review, and preparation
- Drafting of formal submission or objection
- Internal review before filing
- Status updates at each stage of the process
How it works
We agree scope and fee. You provide available documents; we identify what else is needed.
Submission or objection is drafted, reviewed, and shared with you before filing. Your questions are welcome at this stage.
The document is lodged. We monitor progress and inform you of any response or further requirement.
Service 03
End-to-End Representation
Continuous legal representation across a pension matter, from documentation to formal proceedings, handled with patience and care for your wellbeing. We keep the process as gentle as possible and explain each step plainly. A steady choice for involved cases.
- Full case management from start to conclusion
- Representation at hearings or formal proceedings
- All correspondence with relevant authorities handled
- Client briefed before each significant step
How it works
A full case review establishes the scope and an engagement letter sets out everything clearly before work begins.
We manage all documentation, correspondence, and preparation. The client is kept informed and consulted on decisions.
Where formal proceedings occur, we attend and represent. After any hearing, we debrief the client and outline next steps.

Standards Across All Services
Client Data Privacy
All client data is handled under Thailand's PDPA. Information is not shared with third parties without consent and is retained only for the duration required.
Lawyers Council Compliance
Practice is conducted under the registration and professional obligations of the Lawyers Council of Thailand, with annual renewal and CPD requirements maintained.
Dual Document Review
Every document prepared for formal submission or filing is reviewed by a second member of the team before it is finalised. This reduces risk of procedural error.
Written Fee Agreements
Fees and scope are confirmed in writing before any billable work begins. Changes to scope are discussed and agreed before being implemented.
Proactive Communication
Clients are updated when something meaningful happens in their matter — not only when they ask. We believe staying informed is part of good representation.
Conflict Checks
Before any new matter is accepted, a conflict of interest check is conducted to ensure our advice remains wholly independent and in the client's interest.
Clear Pricing, No Surprises
All fees are flat-rate and agreed in writing before any work begins.

Not Sure Which Service Fits?
An initial assessment is a good place to start. After that meeting, you will have a much clearer picture of what your situation involves and which service level, if any, makes sense to continue with.
