Client Reviews
Wanchai Pongprasert
Bangkok, Retired civil servant
"I had been putting off dealing with a pension discrepancy for two years because I did not understand what the process involved or how to start. The first meeting was exactly what I needed — they explained everything clearly and did not make me feel foolish for not knowing. I ended up going ahead with the formal submission and it was handled well. No surprises with costs."

Siriporn Rungsimaporn
Nonthaburi, Former teacher
"Good experience overall. I came after receiving a notice I did not understand at all. After one session with them I had a much clearer picture, and they were honest that my case might not lead anywhere formal — which I appreciated. It saved me from going through a process that was unlikely to help. Would have given five stars but the wait for an appointment was a little longer than expected."

Apinya Thaijinda
Bangkok, Private sector retiree
"My matter went all the way to a formal hearing and they were with me every step. I was nervous about attending but they explained what would happen beforehand, which really helped. They did not make unrealistic promises about the result, which I respected — they just made sure the case was properly presented. The fee was stated upfront and that is exactly what I paid."

Prawit Khomchan
Pathum Thani, Retired engineer
"I contacted three different firms and this was the only one that was straightforward about what the initial meeting would cover and what it would cost. The others wanted me to commit to something larger before I even knew what my situation was. Here, I could start with just the assessment. That approach made all the difference to me."

Nanthida Wongkham
Bangkok, Widow of civil servant
"I came after my husband passed and I was uncertain about what I was entitled to from his pension. The team was patient and sensitive — they understood the situation was difficult beyond just the legal side. They prepared the objection and it was lodged within three weeks. I'm still waiting for the response from the authority but I feel I've done everything properly, which matters to me."

Chaiwat Bumrungkul
Samut Prakan, Retired bank employee
"Very thorough. They reviewed my documents carefully and identified an error in how my contributions had been recorded over a period of several years — something I would never have spotted myself. The submission they prepared was detailed and well-argued. I found working with the same person throughout reassuring rather than being passed around."

Clarifying entitlements after early retirement
Challenge
A retired teacher had taken early retirement and was uncertain whether her pension had been calculated correctly based on her years of service and the applicable scale.
Approach
During an initial assessment, we reviewed her employment records and the relevant provisions for her scheme. We confirmed the calculation appeared correct, explained the basis for it, and noted one aspect worth monitoring if circumstances changed.
Outcome
The client left the meeting with a clear understanding of her entitlements. No formal action was needed. She described feeling "relieved to understand what I had been worrying about for months."

Objection to a reduced benefit calculation
Challenge
A private sector retiree received a pension payment significantly lower than expected. He had received a formal notice but could not understand the basis for the reduction or the steps available to him.
Approach
After an initial review, we identified a potential error in how a salary uplift period had been treated. We prepared a formal objection setting out the discrepancy and the relevant regulatory basis, lodged it within the required time window, and monitored the response.
Outcome
The authority requested additional documentation, which we provided. The recalculation result is pending. The client noted: "I would not have known where to start without the help. At least now I know someone has put the right arguments in properly."
End-to-End Representation · 2025
Pension benefit claim following spouse's death
Challenge
A widow believed she was entitled to a survivor's pension following her husband's death during his working years. Her initial application had been declined on procedural grounds she did not fully understand.
Approach
We reviewed the declined application and identified the procedural issue. A new application was prepared with correct documentation and a covering explanation addressing the authority's initial concerns. We attended the subsequent hearing alongside the client.
Outcome
The application was approved following the hearing. The client received the arrears and her ongoing entitlement was confirmed. Duration from engagement to outcome: approximately four months.
